Our Sea Moss is Harvested by farmers in protected waters of St Lucia. Once harvested the Sea Moss is then dried using the natural heat from the glorious St Lucia sun. All our sea moss is thoroughly inspected before it is shipped to us to ensure it is of the highest quality and free from any pesticides.

How to use?
>Soak in water for overnight.
>Ensure you rinse thoroughly to wash off any excess salt.
>Add to a high-speed blender and just about cover with spring or distilled water.
>Blend until the Sea Moss is a smooth gel-like consistency.
>Pour the gel into a sealable glass jar and store in the fridge until use (Consume within 2-3 weeks).
>Add 1-3 tbsp to water and drink as a daily health drink OR add 1-3 tbsp to your favourite smoothie to give it a delicious creamy consistency.
>You can also try applying our Sea Moss gel directly to the face as a natural face mask, just leave for 30 mins then rinse thoroughly.
>Add 1-3 tbsp to your soups, stews, and other dishes for an extra boost.
>Sea Moss gel can also be used as a vegan gelatine replacement in vegan baking

What is the difference between Gold Sea Moss & Purple Sea Moss?
There is little difference between the Purple and Gold Sea Moss in regard to its nutritional content. But the colour does give the Sea Moss its unique qualities as do other foods and their specific colours.
Purple Moss
Provides powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins which are believed to delay ageing of the body’s cells.
Purple sea moss hasn’t been exposed to as much sunlight in the drying process like the more common gold sea moss, therefore holds more moisture and has more of a sea like smell.
Green Sea Moss
It is an extremely rare version of sea moss. Just as green cabbage differs from purple cabbage, the locals believe the green colored Sea Moss may have additional benefits when compared to Gold Sea Moss. Green Moss has a distinctly much stronger ocean smell and taste. Locals call this the Incredible Hulk Sea Moss!
