Purple Moss - Provides powerful antioxidants called anthocyanins which are believed to delay ageing of the body’s cells.
Purple sea moss hasn’t been exposed to as much sunlight in the drying process like the more common gold sea moss, therefore holds more moisture and has more of a sea like smell.
